Happy New Year, and welcome to the January fitness challenge. This year I plan to have a monthly fitness challenge that will work on improving different strengths through the month. This month I am doing a Plank Challenge, which uses the Plank app by OcuNecu. It’s free, has good reviews, and is available on the iTunes store. I am not affiliated with the app in any way. I just found it to be a very useful app for this challenge. You start with a 20 second plank on Day 1, and work your way up to a 5 minute plank on Day 30. I’ll post regular videos of my progress throughout the month. Please, join me for this fitness challenge. I’d love to hear about your progress.
